What payment terms do you offer?

Annual subscription, paid upfront. Net 30 payment terms for qualified enterprises. Monthly payment plans available for Enterprise tier ($75K+) at a 15% premium.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-contract, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the new pricing takes effect at renewal.

What if I have more than 5,000 servers?

Contact us for volume pricing. We've successfully deployed at scale with custom architectures for large fleets. Pricing becomes more favorable at 5,000+ servers.

What's included in support?

Self-Hosted: Email support, 24-hour response (business days). Managed SaaS: Priority email support, 8-hour response. Enterprise: Dedicated channel, 4-hour response, on-call escalation option.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. Software updates, API access, and documentation are included. Optional: Professional services ($150-250/hr) if you need custom integration help.

What happens if I cancel?

Annual contracts with 30-day cancellation notice before renewal. If you cancel mid-year, no refund (you've already had the service), but we'll help you export your data and migrate smoothly.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Multi-year contracts (2-3 years): 10-15% discount. Startups (<50 employees, Series A or earlier): 20% discount. Non-profits and education: 30% discount. Contact us for details.
